This policy explains what information S.S Trade Link ("we", "us", "the Company") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the terms on which it is held. By using this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you accept the terms set out below.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form we record the name, email address, telephone number, company name (if provided) and message that you enter.

We also store an irreversible cryptographic hash of the network address your enquiry was sent from. This is used solely to limit how many enquiries can be submitted in a short period, in order to prevent automated abuse. The address itself is never written to our records and cannot be recovered from the hash.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics or profiling software. We do not buy, sell, rent or exchange personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

2. How we use it

Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare quotations, and to fulfil any order that follows. We may retain correspondence for our commercial records and to meet accounting or tax obligations.

3. Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database operated on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides the hosting and content delivery for this website. Data may therefore be processed on servers located outside Bangladesh. Typography on this website is served by Google Fonts, and your browser's request for those files may disclose your network address to Google. If you prefer to avoid this, most browsers allow web fonts to be blocked.

4. Retention and access

Enquiries are retained until they are no longer required for the purpose described above, after which they are deleted. Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to authorised personnel of the Company by means of a password-protected administrative interface.

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to sstl08.bd@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

5. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to protect information submitted through this website, including encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, and controls intended to prevent common forms of attack.

However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we endeavour to protect your information, we cannot and do not guarantee its absolute security, and any information you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, S.S Trade Link, its proprietors, officers, employees, agents, and the developer or developers of this website shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary, arising out of or in connection with:

(a) any unauthorised access to, disclosure of, alteration of, corruption of, or loss of any data transmitted to or stored by this website; (b) any breach of security, interception, hacking, or other unlawful act committed by any third party; (c) any failure, interruption, defect or vulnerability in any third party service, infrastructure or software upon which this website depends; or (d) any use of, or inability to use, this website.

This exclusion applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Product pages may link to documents and resources hosted by our principals or by third party services. We do not control those services and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies will apply.
